Review by hotel critic
As a marine biologist and a lover of extraordinary dining experiences, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary innovation at the Grand. The highlight of my stay was the unique six-course dinner served at the panoramic Rotunda restaurant, perched at 2,004 meters just below the summit of Mt. Chopok. As the sun dipped behind the peaks, each dish was thoughtfully crafted, highlighting local flavors with a touch of sophistication. During my stay, I opted for the half-board, which featured delicious grilled specialties at the Tri Studničky hotel. Each meal was a celebration of both simplicity and taste, perfect after a day exploring the stunning surroundings. The ambiance in the dining spaces was inviting and comfortable, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. All in all, the Grand provided a refreshing twist on traditional alpine dining, making it a must-visit for food enthusiasts.
